Cameron Gene Clark
August 15, 1924 - March 25, 2024

Cameron Gene Clark passed away March 25, 2024 at the Mindemoya Hospital with family by his side.

Cam was born August 15, 1924 in Gordon Township on the 7th Line to Hiram and Janet Clark.

He married the love of his life  Audrey (Priddle) on January 15, 1946.

Cam is survived by his boys Jaff (Vicki) and Bill (Peg).

Grandchildren Bob (Brenda), Sherri (Gord), Jeffrey (Sabra), Danny (Lori), Hye (Teresa) and Holly.

He was loved and will be missed by his great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Also survived by his sister-in-law Mollyanne McLaughlin and Husband Hugh.

Also a number of nieces and nephews.

Cam was predeceased by his brothers, Jack, Richard, Bill (Ardath), Bob (Thelma) and sisters Stella (Harry) and Vera (Borden).

Brothers-in-law Grant (Pearl), Bud (Dot).

Cam and Audrey farmed for many years on MilkyWay Farms. When they moved from Gordon Township they went to Millsite Apts. where they made many wonderful friends. Audrey predeceased him on September 29, 2010. Cam was a councillor in Gordon Township and served on the cemetery board for many years. He was presented the senior of the year award by the Township of Gordon/Barrie Island. also he was honored to have the bridge on the 7th Line named after him. Cam enjoyed a good game of curling and golf with his friends. He so enjoyed telling his olden days stories which all the grandchildren enjoyed (with much laughter). Family was Cam's number one priority. We sure hope Audrey has the chocolate cake with brown sugar icing ready for him and is on the right side of the bed.

There will be a graveside service on Friday March 29, 2024 at 11:00am at Gordon Cemetery.
