Mom was blessed to see and experience five generations in her life time while becoming a great grandmother and a great great grandmother to several little ones. She will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Mom always had time to listen and gave unconditional love to everyone that entered her life. Mom laboured all of her life and it is most fitting to leave her toils behind on this day. Mom's influence on our lives, has shaped us into who we are today, her memory will continue on in the lives of those who knew and loved her. Mom's most treasured days were filled with gardening, picking wild berries, knitting, playing several musical instruments. She enjoyed harmonizing and yodeling with her brother Bobby and was an avid horseback rider in her younger years where she was raised in the Green Bush. Mother will be soaring with the eagles keeping an eye on all of us.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday September 8 at Coldwater Cemetery at 1 pm. Memorial donations may be made to the Angel Bus or the Gore Bay Rotary Club (Gore Bay Medical Centre) as expressions of sympathy and may be made through www.simpsonfuneralhome.ca
