NAHWAIKEZHIK - Elizabeth, went to be with her Creator on Thursday February 24, 2022, in her 65th year. Beloved partner of John Warner. Dear mother of Billy John, Margo Turple, Carlos and grandmother of Thomas George. Liz will be sadly missed by her sisters Gloria and Florence, sister in law Viola Antoine, brother in law Daniel Cyr, aunts Eleanor (Harold) Rogers, Irene Kells, Christine (Guy) Bigras, Dorothy Antoine, uncles Billy (Linda), Ken, close friend Christine, her daughter Gisele and granddaughter Sevannah as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins and Pretty the cat, which she loved very much. Bit worked at the Viva Villa cottages. She loved classic country music and old TV shows such as Green Acres and I Love Lucy. Predeceased by her parents Percy and Theresa (Antoine) Nahwaikezhik, brothers Freddie Debassige, Gilbert Antoine, uncles Bob Kells, Alphonse Antoine, Wilfred Kebeshong, Mike Sagon and aunts Linda Antoine and Evelyn Antoine. Visitation will be held at 24 Ronald Rd. Zhiibaahaasing, on Sunday February 27 from 3 pm until time of the funeral service on Monday at 11 am.
