Lois Orford Obituary
ORFORD - Lois, of Evansville, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Friday January 20, 2017, in her 84th year. Beloved mother of Terry (Vickie) of Gore Bay, Randy (best friend Tim) of Spring Bay, Timothy (Lisa) of Meldrum Bay, and Kent (Tania) of Hanmer. Cherished grandmother of Shauna (Rob) Dearing, Terri Lynn (Daryl) Leighton, Travis (Daylin) Orford, Carl (Kara), Gavin, Kerrigan and Hunter. Great grandmother of Brady, Wyatt, Rory, Malia, Mason, Kowan, Greyson and Wren. Lois will be sadly missed by her brothers Howard (Lois) Linley and Ted Linley and sisters Evelyn Hamilton and Judy Linley as well as sisters in law June and Lottie Linley and her very dear friend Edgar Colin. Predeceased by her husband Delbert, parents William and Marguerite (Dinsmore) Linley, brothers Albert (Jean) Linley, Arthur Linley, Lyle Linley and baby sister Janice, sister in law Jane Linley and brothers in law Coy Fogal and Jack Hamilton.
Visitation will be held on Monday January 23, 2017 from 7-9 pm at the SIMPSON FUNERAL HOME, Gore Bay, where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday January 24, 2017 at 2 pm. Spring interment Burpee Mills Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Gore Bay Medical Centre or the Canadian Cancer Society as expressions of sympathy and may be made through www.simpsonfuneralhome.ca
