Melville Leonard Smith

Mel passed away peacefully at the Manitoulin Lodge in Gore Bay on Monday, October 21st, 2024 in his 91st year.
He is survived by his wife Patricia Smith, daughter Joann Woods (Bill Woods predeceased), daughter Melody Clark (husband Jim) and son William Smith (predeceased). Mel was born in Hamilton, Ontario. Mel had 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all.
There will be no service, as per his request.
Memorial donations may be made to the Manitoulin Lodge Auxiliary as an expression of sympathy.
