Melvin Russell Obituary

Russell - Melvin, passed away peacefully on Monday July 3, 2017 in his 96th year. Mel is survived by his many nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as his special friend Ardeth Burmaster. Predeceased by his parents William and Rebecca (Hubbard) Russell, a brother Teasdale (Elaine) Russell and sisters Lizzie (Jim) Witty, Marie (Hugh) Steven and Annie (Stuart) Van Horn. Visitation will be held at the SIMPSON FUNERAL HOME, Gore Bay, on Friday from 10 - 11 am, where the funeral service will be held at 11 am. Interment Silver Water Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Manitoulin Lodge Auxiliary as expressions of sympathy and may be made through www.simpsonfuneralhome.ca
