Pat passed away peacefully at the St. Joseph's Lodge in Gore Bay on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at the age of 88.
She was predeceased by her husband Melville Smith and her son William Smith.
Pat leaves behind her daughter Joann Woods (Bill predeceased), Melody Clark (Jim) and will be missed by 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Pat loved the farm where they lived and always said the animals were her people.
As per Pat's request there will be no funeral service.
Memorial donations may be made in Pat's honour to Pet Save Manitoulin or the St. Joseph's Lodge as an expression of sympathy.
