Penny-Ann Chmielak Obituary

CHMIELAK - Penny, passed away suddenly on Wednesday June 29, 2016 in her 57th year. Survived by her daughter Kendale Wheaton of Sudbury, granddaughter Kaylee-Anne Wheaton, brothers Neil (Diane) Chmielak, Doug Chmielak, Don (Diana) Chmielak, nieces Stephanie Chmielak-Gray, Erin (Marc) Lariviere, Dana Chmielak, nephews Ryan (Tara) and Adam Chmielak as well as her special friend Al Fitzpatrick. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Lois (Smith) Chmielak.
A memorial service will be held at the SIMPSON FUNERAL HOME, Gore Bay on Thursday July 7, 2016 at 11 am. Interment at Mindemoya Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Pet Save or Charity of Choice as expressions of sympathy. Online condolences may be made through www.simpsonfuneralhome.ca
