Wendell Irwin Buie

In loving memory of Wendell Irwin Buie who passed suddenly at home on November 23rd. Beloved husband of fifty years to Nan (nee Cranston), father to Carol (Mel), Meredith (Will), Jason (Laura) and Tamara. Grandfather to Graeme, Bria, Liam, Brynn, Dylan and Evan. He was very passionate about his family and was happiest when surrounded by them. Wendell was a prominent community member in many ways. He was the owner of Buie's Grocery for thirty eight years, was an avid hockey and ball player as well as being active in the community. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten. A Celebration of Life will take place at Providence Bay Community Centre on Monday November 27th from 4pm to 7pm. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Mindemoya Hospital Auxiliary or to the Kidney Foundation of Ontario
